Mercedes Williams brings over 15 years of progressive sales leadership to her role as Associate Director of Corporate Sales at Houston First Corporation, where she leads efforts to attract high-impact meetings and events to Houston. Her expertise spans business development, client engagement, and comprehensive account management, driving meaningful results for both clients and the destination. She holds an MBA from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi and is deeply engaged in the events industry as a Board Member at Large for CEMA. She is committed to her community and actively participates in the Houston Junior League, Jack and Jill of America, and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority. A dedicated advocate for Houston, she continues to champion innovation and growth within the meetings and events community.
