Dustin Arnheim is Chief Sales Officer at Choose Chicago, where he leads convention sales and client services strategy for Chicago’s meetings and events industry. With more than 20 years of experience in destination marketing, hospitality, and customer experience, he is recognized for driving growth, fostering collaboration, and modernizing organizations to better serve event organizers. Prior to Choose Chicago, Arnheim held leadership roles at Visit Baltimore, Visit Indy, and Hyatt Hotels Corporation. An active industry volunteer, he serves on the U.S. Travel Association’s Group Travel Network and has held leadership positions with IAEE, Destinations International, and ASAE.
