Description:The Manager, Community Development, CEMA is responsible for new member acquisitions, onboarding, and retention programs for CEMA members. In addition, this individual will foster and develop relationships with member sponsors and is accountable for fulfillment of annual premium membership. This role performs administrative functions to include managing the membership database, coordinating member engagement and retention programs, connect with new members through a variety of methods including direct phone calls, emails, and member community social media posts. The Manager, Community Development is accountable for multiple deadlines, coordinating special projects related to our annual conference, and will build positive relationships internally and externally. The Manager, Community Development, CEMA is open, transparent and has the ability to work well cross-functionally, engaging appropriate stakeholders across the organization.
