The BCEC exhibit halls deliver spectacular flexibility with 516,000 square feet of contiguous, virtually column-free space. You can orient your exhibits East/West or North/South, with halls that can be set up in 10 different configurations. Ten unique entrances to the exhibit halls allow you to design traffic flow through your event. The space also features abundant natural light, greater ceiling heights, and all utilities in convenient floor boxes.

The Hynes Convention Center (Hynes), is located in Boston’s historic Back Bay neighborhood, connected to two shopping destinations and three hotels and set amongst many restaurants, shops and attractions which are within walking distance.

The 24,544-square-foot Hynes ballroom is an event planner’s dream, designed to be used any way you need. This beautiful and versatile space with vaulted ceilings can be set up for banquets, exhibits, or theater-style presentations and performances. It can seat a total of 3,190 people for general sessions, be subdivided into three smaller areas seating 906-1,408 people each, or house table-top exhibits. A lovely pre-function area is available to extend and support your ballroom activities.

Host your corporate, networking, team-building, cocktail, or personal event with space for up to 4,000 people at The Lawn On D. The Pavilion On D is the Lawn’s larger tent space. Located on the main Lawn, the Pavilion On D is centrally-located, next to Swing Time and all that the Lawn has to offer. The Pavilion On D can be rented out with Lawns A, B, and C for private events.

The Signature Pavilion gives you a more intimate space for your special events. The Signature Pavilion has a designated drop-off and entrance, private lawn space, and access to all of the games and amenities of the full Lawn.
