Description: The Audience Experience Administrator is dedicated to elevating audience experience and operational efficiencies through automation across the organization by capitalizing on the full features and benefits of PCMA’s tech stack. This role is dedicated to audience experience and likes to tackle challenges, problem solve, and be proactive. The Audience Experience Administrator possesses excellent technical experience with SalesForce-based association management solutions as well as solid communication skills. They will work directly with internal business owners to translate business requirements into well-architected solutions for their audiences.
