Having wrapped up the CEMA Study Tour at ServiceNow’s Knowledge 2025 earlier this month, I’m back to the grind at InGo leveraging some of the takeaways from this experience for our events! Getting that early look felt like joining the inner circle of event pros. Shadowing the pre-show hustle was pure gold. Debbie Brewer (VP, Strategic Events @ ServiceNow) and her team walked us through their playbook: storyboarding attendee journeys, drilling down on tech set-ups, and running “what-if” scenarios to nail every detail. And the team at The Sphere did an amazing job of highlighting all the event potential within this Vegas hotspot. It’s easy to see what keeps a massive show like Knowledge 2025 running like clockwork and elevating up.

Trading stories with fellow CEMA event pros over dinner each evening turned into one of the day’s highlights (and a lot of laughs). Hearing about fellow colleagues’ career defining moments, swapping tips on roses-and-thorns moments, and mapping out future collabs? That energy is pure gold.
