When and where is CEMA Summit?

What are the registration rates?
Registration costs vary based on your membership registration type and time of purchase. Please refer to the registration rates page of the website for more details.

How do participants register?
To register, you must create an account with RainFocus, our new event registration platform. If you already have an account with either CEMA, PCMA, EMA, or ELI, we encourage you to use the same email address when creating your RainFocus account.

*For new CEMA members only: Please allow up to 5 business days for your new member benefits to update. Additional discounts not applicable.

Who do I contact if I need assistance with registration?
If you are having issues or need to modify or update your registration, please contact events@cemaonline.com for assistance.

Are there scholarships available?
Yes! Applications for scholarships are open until May 16 and you may apply here. Recipients will be notified by May 30th.

How do I reserve my hotel room?
Hotel reservations at the Fairmont Austin should be made during the registration process or in the Participant Portal after completing registration. The cut-off date to make a reservation at the discounted group rate is Thursday, June 26th.

What are the average temperatures in Austin in July?
Austin in July brings the heat—literally. With average highs around 96°F (36°C) and lows near 75°F (24°C), we highly recommend dressing smart and staying cool.

What is the dress code for this year?
Austin’s style is effortless, and so is ours. We invite you to come as you are. Whether that’s polished and professional, casually cool, or uniquely you—there’s no dress code here, just good vibes and great company.

While it’s toasty outside, we do recommend bringing a layer or two; hotel rooms tend to run cool, and we want you comfortable from session to social. Keep in mind, evening activities are indoor/outdoor.

What is the health and safety plan for onsite?
Your well-being is our priority. We’ll continue to monitor and follow the latest CDC guidelines to ensure a safe experience for all participants. In addition, we’ve developed a tailored health and security plan specific to CS25 to keep everyone comfortable and cared for throughout the event.

What if I need to cancel?

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing via email and must be dated on or before 5:00 p.m. Central Time on Friday, June 27, 2025 to receive a refund less a $150 USD registration cancellation processing fee. After Friday, June 27, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. Central (Chicago) Time no refunds will be granted.

Cancellation for CEMA Summit does not cancel membership dues paid during the registration process.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Replacement of a registered CEMA Summit attendee by a business colleague/co-worker will be accepted. A $50 USD processing fee will apply to all substitutions if notified in writing by 5:00 p.m. Central Time Friday, July 25, 2025. After 5:00 p.m. Central (Chicago) Time on Friday, July 25, 2025 no substitutions will be allowed and all substitution requests will be treated as full cancellations of the original registrant and subject to the cancellation policy.

If the substitution request is made before 5:00 p.m. Central Time on Friday, July 25, 2025, the original registrant’s registration will be transferred to the new registrant who must complete registration. Housing reservations must be updated separately. The new registrant must be named in the written notification. If the original registrant was registered as a CEMA member, the new registrant must also be a member or join membership upon registering.
